What is the status of my order?
We appreciate your patience. If you have just placed an order with us and it's prior to 4 pm on a weekday, your order is typically packed next day and shipped same day or next day. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sunday's will get filled on Monday and shipped end of day.
What are your delivery options?
If you have purchased with us in our Etsy shop, those orders are shipped per your selected shipping method. The order info and tracking information will be provided through the Etsy storefront. Any orders placed to our store direct via this website may ship via UPS or USPS.
Caring for my Bracelet?
Our bracelets are made of good materials and cord but the bracelets are not indestructible. Improper wearing or handling of them ( pulling at them repeatedly or snapping them over and over could break them.) We do not recommend these for young Children that are just looking to play with the bracelet. These are not for children 5 and under that could potentially break, eat, or swallow the bracelet parts. We are not liable for any issues involving your bracelets if given to a young child. Please be responsible. We recommend using a soft cloth to polish silver beads , gemstones or glass beads on bracelets . Soapy water and a soft cloth will do the trick.
What is your return policy?
If you receive a broken bracelet for any reason you may return your item within 10 days of receipt with all bracelet parts. Upon receipt and evaluation of the bracelet we will send a replacement. The cost to return the bracelet to us is at your expense and the cost for us to ship you the replacement will be at our expense. We do not issue prepaid shipping labels to return merchandise.
We do not accept returns for any other reasons unless your item was damaged upon arrival and needs replacement.. Understand that we have had people order jewelry in the past to use for events and then return merchandise after those events . So we are very transparent about this up front. We hope the photography and imagery conveys properly the product we are selling to you and the products are priced properly for this product space. Email us for more information if you have received a bracelet with an issue that needs to be returned for replacement . We will not replace ordered materials with a different product only the same style that you had received.
Do you provide International delivery?
We do not ship internationally currently but this is an area we may pursue in the future.
